I know a lot of women take vacation before their due date, so what happens if you deliver early? Can you let your work pay you out still then just start your mat leave according to last day works ... WebMat leave does start when the baby is born though. I didn't have any complications in my pregnancy so I only got the 15 weeks pregnancy leave.
