WebJan 7, 2024 · Oh, how glad we were that we decided to look inside Kylemore Abbey’s gothic church! The church was built in the late 1800s by Mitchell Henry to honor the memory of his wife, Margaret, who died after catching dysentery on their vacation in Egypt. She was 45 years old, and had nine children.
