I've finished all prior steps to the quest, talked to Morkvarg in the shed where he bit his leg off, talked to Einar on the pier, gotten the key from under the sluice gate etc. WebBasically there is this weird doo-hickey in the middle of the two. One lever changes which peg moves up. This peg corresponds to the 3 water gates. The other lever raises the door that corresponds to the peg. There is no way to have more than one open at a time. The lowest gate (A) is worthless.
